Please do not use Greek symbols. For instance, replace the characters by writing "alpha, beta, etc"

The abstract should be divided into Background, Objectives, Materials/Methods, Results, Conclusions)

Tables and figures are not allowed

Participants with accepted abstracts will receive funding for accommodation and conference registration
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
The official language of the meeting and all communications will be in English. English must be used in posters and slides. Abstract submission is included in the registration form. A confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically when the abstract submission is completed.

Young dental students/researchers are highly encouraged to participate and present their own research data.

Deadline for registration and abstract submission is late June 2019.

Notifications of acceptance will be sent to the applicants before July 25th 2019.

The maximum number of participants is 150. The priority of acceptance depends on a first-come-first-served basis.

The scientific committee has the right to change the presentation type depending on the available slots.

Presenters will receive a certificate of attendance and they are entitled to receive ECT credits (if needed).

If the presenter was unable to attend the meeting, one of the co-authors can substitute the presenter. Please note that a substitute presenter must NOT be presenting another abstract at the meeting.

There will be awards for best abstract, best poster presentation, and best oral presentation.
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

Poster dimensions: the board size is 96 cm (width) x 117 cm (height).

Presentation date/time of each presenter will be published soon after the registration deadline.

Presenters are responsible for mounting their posters (please bring your own drawing pins/adhesive).

Presenters should stand next to their posters during the poster discussion period.

Poster set-up: Monday, TBD (8 – 8.30 am) before the first lecture on Monday- at the hotel poster area (check the info desk). Poster tear-down: Wednesday, TBD (8 – 8.30 am).

Posters left up after the tear-down period will be removed and discarded by NYSCO staff.

Each participant has the right to present ONLY one poster and/or one oral presentation.
